You can book online or ask for help by phone, email or WhatsApp. We explain the offer's terms, the documents you need and the pick-up details, so you know what to expect.

In addition to short-term car rental, you can also request:

• Long-term car rental. Monthly-rate offers for individuals and companies, depending on the car, duration and mileage.
• Car rental with driver. Airport transfers, intercity trips and business travel, organised around your route and schedule.
• Replacement car under RCA insurance. Were you in an accident that wasn't your fault? We provide a replacement car and the paperwork needed to claim back the rental cost, subject to the terms of your claim.

Our fleet includes over 100 models: economy and compact cars, automatics, SUVs, premium cars and 8+1 minibuses. You can also choose hybrid or electric models, depending on the location and rental dates. \Or similar\ means an equivalent car from the same class.

You can choose from over 50 pick-up locations across Romania, in cities and at airports. If you want to return the car to a different location, select the drop-off point in the form and check the offer shown.

All cars are prepared for pick-up in excellent working order and spotlessly clean.

How to book:

1. Choose your location, pick-up and return dates and times.
2. Compare cars, prices and deposits.
3. Select the protection and extras you need.
4. Submit your booking and receive a confirmation with your pick-up details.

• Total price before you book. See the cost of the rental and your selected options before you finalise. For confirmed services, no hidden fees are added at pick-up.
• RCA and CASCO included. CASCO insurance has an excess: the part of a covered claim that remains your responsibility, up to the limit set out in the contract.
• Deposit shown for every offer. The deposit is separate from the rental price. Depending on the car, you can add extra protection that reduces the deposit to €0 or to a lower amount, such as €50. You see the cost of the protection before you book.
• Full-to-full fuel policy. You receive the car with a full tank and return it the same way.
• 24/7 roadside assistance. All suppliers offer round-the-clock roadside assistance. For problems on the road, you contact the supplier's assistance service directly.

Changes and cancellations on request. Bookings can be modified or cancelled free of charge by email. If you choose different dates or another car, the rate is recalculated.

During busy periods, if an advance payment is required, we request it separately by email, with the conditions stated. The advance is refunded if you cancel at least 7 days before pick-up; for later cancellations, you receive a voucher.
