One-way airport transfer
The Bucharest address must be within the ring road. The rate table also covers eligible airport transfers in cities where the provider has a local presence and an airport nearby, such as Cluj-Napoca, Iași and Timișoara; we confirm whether it applies to your addresses.
For pick-ups at Otopeni: 45 minutes of free waiting time are included. After this period, the waiting rate applies. Parking and booking administration are added where applicable.
Executive Sedan example, OTP pick-up → Bucharest: 46,52 €, including parking and booking administration, with no stops or additional waiting time. The example follows the selected VAT display option; the final amount is rounded at total level.
For Băneasa Airport and other routes, the price is confirmed separately. For an airport pick-up request, the time entered is the scheduled landing time.

Both locations must be within the Bucharest ring road. The base rate covers a journey without intermediate stops and does not vary by day of the week or time of day.
10 minutes of waiting time are included. Booking administration, any stops and waiting beyond the free allowance are charged separately.
For local transfers in other cities, request a quote for your route. The local Bucharest rate does not automatically apply nationwide.

How the journey cost is calculated
Chargeable kilometres × rate/km + fixed charge of 25,05 €. Booking administration and applicable extras are added.
The supplied rate table applies to transfers beyond 25 km from Bucharest’s kilometre zero. The chargeable distance includes all vehicle travel required, including positioning or the vehicle’s return journey where applicable; it may differ from the distance travelled by the passenger.
For a same-day return to Bucharest, the calculation takes into account the kilometres travelled and any requested waiting time. We do not automatically double the route: the quote specifies the mileage and full cost.
Pick-ups in other cities: the calculation is confirmed for your route and local availability. We do not assume that every nationwide journey starts in Bucharest.

Minimum 3 hours in Bucharest
All journeys must take place within the Bucharest ring road. The number of stops and the kilometres travelled within this area do not change the hourly rate.
Premium Sedan, 3 hours: 125,24 €, before booking administration. Any additional time or extension of the route is specified in the quote.
For Executive Sedan, Executive VAN, journeys outside this area or hourly hire in other cities, rates are available on request.
Displayed prices include 21% VAT. Figures are rounded for display; the quote total is calculated from the base rates. Payment terms and the billing currency are specified in the quote we send you.
What charges may be added to the base rate?
- Booking administration
- 2,42 € / booking. The associated cancellation terms are specified in the quote. Any exemptions apply only if confirmed for your booking.
- Airport pick-up
- 5,57 € / pick-up, for the parking cost listed in the rate table. Whether this applies to your chosen airport is confirmed in the quote; it is not a fee simply for travelling to the airport.
- Additional waiting time
- 0,3509 € / minute, or 21,05 € / hour, after the applicable free allowance. Otopeni pick-ups include 45 minutes; standard transfers include 10 minutes.
- Intermediate stop
- 4,17 € / stop, plus any applicable waiting time. Include stops in your request so they can be priced before confirmation.
The amounts in this section follow the VAT display option selected above. The rate table shown does not include a peak-hour surcharge for airport transfers. Vehicles with more than 15 seats have individually agreed rates and conditions.
Waiting time, changes and cancellation
Waiting time: standard transfers include 10 minutes, and the waiting limit if the passenger is late is 30 minutes. Otopeni pick-ups have a special allowance of 45 minutes free of charge. Conditions at other airports and arrangements for flight delays are confirmed for each booking.
With the applicable booking administration arrangement: local and airport transfers can be cancelled or changed without penalty at least one hour in advance; for intercity transfers and hourly hire, at least 24 hours’ notice is required.
Without the booking administration option: cancellation without penalty requires at least 24 hours’ notice for all transfer types. After the applicable deadline, the penalty is 100% of the service rate. The same rules apply to changes to the pick-up time or address. The exact arrangement and any exceptions are confirmed in your booking.
Transfers on public holidays must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Deadlines and penalties for vehicles with more than 15 seats are agreed separately. For urgent changes to a confirmed booking, use the operational contact provided in your confirmation.

Questions about hiring a car with a driver
Do you offer chauffeur transfers outside Bucharest?
Yes. You can request local, airport and intercity transfers in Romania, including pick-ups in other cities. Category availability and the route cost are confirmed before booking. Rates with geographical limits for Bucharest do not automatically apply to all journeys nationwide.
What is the difference between a transfer and hourly hire?
A transfer has one starting point and one destination, with no intermediate stops included in the base rate. Hourly hire is requested for a period of time and allows a schedule with several stops. In Bucharest, the hourly rate table requires a minimum of 3 hours, with all journeys within the ring road.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
The rate is per vehicle. The total depends on the service, category, route, required mileage, requested duration and applicable extras. Prices on this page include 21% VAT by default; rates excluding VAT can be viewed separately.
Which vehicle categories can I request, and how many passengers can they carry?
Executive Sedan and Premium Sedan carry a maximum of 3 passengers, excluding the driver. Executive VAN and Premium VAN carry a maximum of 7 passengers. For Luxury Sedan, the capacity and model are confirmed in the quote. For more than 7 people, you can request multiple vehicles or group transport.
Can I book a specific car model?
You can mention your preferred model in the request, but the service is confirmed according to the category and the provider’s availability. Volkswagen Passat, Mercedes-Benz E-Class, BMW 5 Series, Mercedes-Benz Vito and V-Class are examples of vehicle classes, not a guarantee that a specific model will be assigned.
What information is needed for an airport pick-up?
Provide the airport, flight number, scheduled landing date and time, destination, passenger numbers and luggage. Meeting details and the operational contact are provided when the booking is confirmed. Otopeni pick-ups include 45 minutes of waiting time; conditions for other airports are confirmed in the quote.
Can I request a return journey, stops or transport for children?
Yes. Select the return option, enter the date and time, and mention any stops, bulky luggage and children’s ages. Children are included in the total passenger count. Child seat availability, the vehicle configuration and any costs are confirmed before booking.
Why might the billed mileage differ from the distance between two cities?
An intercity transfer may require vehicle travel for positioning or returning, in addition to the passenger’s route. The quote must specify the chargeable mileage, rate and full cost. For departures from other cities, the calculation depends on local availability.
Can I cancel or change a booking?
The conditions are confirmed in your booking. With the booking administration arrangement, cancellation or changes without penalty require at least one hour’s notice for local and airport transfers, or 24 hours for intercity transfers and hourly hire. Without the booking administration option, at least 24 hours’ notice is required for all types. After the deadline, a 100% penalty applies; these rules also cover changes to the time or address.
Can transfers be scheduled at night, at weekends or on public holidays?
Confirmed transfers can be scheduled at any time, subject to availability. Transfers on public holidays must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Promotor quotation hours are 09:00–18:00; these are separate from the time of a confirmed journey.
When is the booking confirmed?
Submitting the form is a request for a quote. The booking is confirmed after availability has been checked, the quote accepted and the stated conditions met. Promotor acts as an intermediary for the request, while transport is provided by the supplier named in the confirmation.
Can I request transport for a company or a large group?
Yes. Enter the company name, contact details and travel schedule. Multiple vehicles or a suitable higher-capacity solution may be proposed for groups. Rates and conditions for vehicles with more than 15 seats are agreed individually according to the request.
